Academy Program - Boys & Girls
Phoenix Surf Soccer Club works specifically on player development. Our training is very structured and includes, but is not limited to, the fundamentals players will need to advance into to the competitive club teams. This is a step up from recreational soccer and does require commitment, hard work, and dedication. The Technical Training Coaching Staff will be on hand to assist Academy players develop their skills through combined training events, as well as team practices.
Practice are held twice per week, depending on developmental needs. Club practice days are held Monday through Thursday and will be based on field availability and coach’s scheduled. The exact days and time will be announced by the coaching staff.
Season & Tournaments
The Academy level player trains year round in order to build team cohesion and increase their skill. They will participate in multiple tournaments, league games, and friendly pickup games between other Surf teams and local clubs.
Registration
$200 – Registration fee is a one time non refundable fee due at the time of accepting a spot on a team. This fee covers ASA player card, insurance, and club administration costs. administrative costs.
Club Training & Membership Fees
$650 –
This payment can either paid up front with the registration fee or with a four installment plan agreement. These are not equal payments. The exact payment schedule will be highlighted with the invitation to join and could vary season to season. These club fees are used for field rentals, coach’s salary, Technical Training staff, equipment purchase and upkeep.
Financial aid may be available. An application will be required to be considered for financial aid.
